Every project gets a free site assessment before final pricing is locked in — the vast majority of sites land at or very close to this figure, and any site-specific extras (like a switchboard upgrade) are identified upfront, before any deposit is taken.

This offer stacks federal Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) worth $7,128 with Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) worth $3,080 under VEU Activity 47 — a total of $10,208, already deducted from the advertised price. VEECs are available to Victorian businesses only, one claim per NMI. We handle all the paperwork for both.

Site-dependent items such as switchboard upgrades, meter panel reconfiguration, additional cabling beyond the standard allowance, roof structural repairs, trenching, or crane hire (rare). Our assessment team identifies any of these upfront, before you commit to a deposit.

50% deposit ($25,938) secures your design, grid connection application and permits; the remaining 50% ($25,938) is due on installation completion. Finance options are available through our Green Loan Broker partner — in most cases, repayments are fully covered by the savings the system generates.

Installation typically begins 4–6 weeks after your deposit, once the design is finalised and grid connection approved. On-site installation for a 30kW system is usually completed in 3–5 days.

You’ll likely qualify if you’re a Victorian business or commercial property owner (or tenant with landlord consent), hold an ABN, have a suitable roof, spend roughly $1,200+/month on electricity, and have no export limit on your connection. There’s no industry restriction — warehouses, offices, retail, hospitality, gyms, factories, schools and farms are all suitable.
