Frequently asked questions
We require approximately two metres of clear wall space from side to side. The hot water system must be installed outside the property. Final placement will be confirmed during the assessment.
The system is ideal for households with three or more occupants. Its large capacity and 4.3kW boost element make it suitable for consecutive showers and periods of high hot-water demand.
Victorian property owners may qualify for incentives under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program, subject to the existing system, property and program requirements. An additional $1,000 rebate may also be available through Solar Victoria. Our team will assess and confirm eligibility during the initial call.

Pricing is subject to eligibility, site conditions and installation requirements.
The standard installation includes up to 15 metres of electrical cabling between the main switchboard and the hot water system. If additional cabling or switchboard work is required, we can complete it for an additional cost after assessing the property.
