His knowledge in Solar system is well over any other of the solar installer companies around. He clearly understands your needs and delivers quality workmanship.  The installers were professionals and presented well.  They did for us solar and Split systems thanks to Karen also who managed the AC units. I can’t express enough gratitude to IPromise Australia for their remarkable organisation in installing our electric hot water service so seamlessly. Karen was phenomenal, coordinating the installation in just 24 hours. IPromise has restored my faith in service providers, demonstrating that reliable companies truly exist, willing to go above and beyond for those in urgent need. My previous experience with another provider just a week ago was a source of great frustration as they overlooked our emergency need for a hot water system, leading me to cancel the order and solar rebate application on Wednesday, 15 October, 2025. Yet, when I reached out to IPromise that very Wednesday evening, they rose to the occasion. Our hot water service was installed this morning, and I feel immensely relieved to finally enjoy a proper shower and have hot water in our home. We went with iPromise for our split system air conditioning and water heater system and they did a fantastic job. Karen was very knowledgeable and worked hard to give us a great price as well as the system that would work best for our house. We went through several iterations as we honed in on what we wanted, and she was patient and flexible to ensure that everything went the way we wanted it. They installed the systems very quickly once we had decided on the system. The installation team did a great job of the AC and heat pump installation. Michael has been extremely helpful not just during the buying and installation phase, but also post installation in checking on system performance and being available for any questions.

Once a date had been set, Matt and the boys turned up on the day, on time for a 7am start. The younger ones scampered up on the roof and started removing the old panels. While matt set to work on the inverter, battery and switchboard. About lunchtime it was a little rainy, so they called it a day, and returned the next day and finished the installation, did some checks and tested the system. All good. Inspector came the next day and gave it a thumbs up.
Dealing with the people at unified energy and IPromise electrical were polite, well-spoken and clearly understandable, (and no Indian street horns honking noisily in the background if you get my drift?)  They listened to my specific equipment requirements, and once the price was set, I proceeded with the install.
Job well done to all in involved...
